High efficiency module for squeezing, entirely made in stainless steel structure composed by:
Centering unit;
Impregnation tank provided with opening rollers that keep fabric’s selvedges well opened before the squeezing process;
Squeezing padder, composed by two rollers with 270 mm. cylinder diameter covered by special rubber of 94 shore hardness assuring an high squeezing efficiency.
The pressure is applied by two pneumatic pistons allowing to achieve the proper residual humidity according thye type of fabric.
Note: high efficiency cylinders are available on demand with different design and rubber hardness.
